Hi Saad, Thanks a lot for your answer. It appears that something went wrong in the conversion as you were suggesting because I have 30 different directions when browsing through the 4D file. I have contacted Chris Rorden and our core facility to know if something went wrong directly at the scanner. I will further post here how (hopefully) I resolve this issue! Best, Pascal
