Dear FSL experts, I am new to resting state analysis. I have a acquired a resting state fmri dataset and ran Melodic over it. I got 21 compontents as the output. Now i want to compare it with the know/standard default mode networks. How shall I do it? Can you suggest me any templates which i can use or any standard procedure for comparing DMN?? Which fsl commands can help me to do it?? I will be very thankful for all your efforts. regards, Wu
