We also showed them our E&D Policy. Curiously this was accepted by the Inspector for two of our Centre’s (said it was very comprehensive)
and then was not acceptable for the Inspector of our third centre!
Am querying with the Inspections team to clarify

When we got inspected last week I showed them the Colleges E&D Policy and gave them a verbal overview of how we would support the students and they were
happy with that.

Hello all,
Does anyone have a copy of a Disability Policy quoted in the JCQ Regulations or know of a template I could have a look at - I think this should be sorted by SENCO but as
usual it has come my way to look into.
Para 5.4 on page 11 of JCQ General Regulations for Approved Centres which states "A written disability policy setting out how the centre seeks to comply with the Equality
Act 2010 and fully supporting disabled candidates must be available for inspection purposes"
