Hello all, Does anyone have a copy of a Disability Policy quoted in the JCQ Regulations or know of a template I could have a look at - I think this should be sorted by SENCO but as usual it has come my way to look into. Para 5.4 on page 11 of JCQ General Regulations for Approved Centres which states "A written disability policy setting out how the centre seeks to comply with the Equality Act 2010 and fully supporting disabled candidates must be available for inspection purposes" Thanks for any assistance given.
