I found your email addressed to someone called Jenny particularly unhelpful.
I was not asking the Assessment Testing Service to provide a hard copy of your test information but to produce ONE place where Exams Officers
can find the list of tests, key dates, fees and data to collect from candidates.
Your colleagues within Cambridge Assessment at OCR and CIE are able to provide easily accessible information on their websites for each
examination (test) period perhaps you should ask them for advice.
The 'Admin Instructions' are irrelevant to the early stage of entering candidates. We want to know:

What tests are available
·
What are the entry requirements
·
What are the different key dates
·
What are the fees (if any).

Thank you for getting in touch.
Unfortunately, it simply isn't possible to provide all of the information regarding each of our tests/assessments in hard copy (this would also be practically impossible
as new documentation would need to be issued to every centre (we have several thousand) every time there is a small update).
The Admissions Testing website clearly displays information for every test/assessment and is the best way to convey this information and provide up-to-date information.
I appreciate that there are a large number of tests/assessments, however, you are always welcome to contact the Helpdesk if anything is unclear or if you require further
assistance.
We do, however, send hard copy 'Admin Instructions' before the STEP session (June) and the main November session to help with the delivery of the tests.

The growth in the number and variety of university tests in November is now overwhelming. To find out all the information that a test taker needs to submit can only
be gleaned by visiting all the various parts of the website and then we may have missed something! For test centres can you produce ONE clear guide to all the variety of tests on offer?
