Hi All,
Having received this email last week from Edexcel I’m wondering:
·
What the impact the withdrawal of the bulk grade reporting system will have on other Colleges?
·
Do other Colleges ask tutors to fill in SRF’s? If not how do you do the claims?
·
When do you do the bulk of your BTEC Claims?
Answers to the above would be appreciated, and thanks in advance
J.
Thanks.
Regards,

BTEC Bulk Grade Reporting Tool on Edexcel Online

|
With help from our customers, we have identified that the BTEC Bulk Grade Reporting tool on Edexcel Online does not work correctly.
Unfortunately, we have found that there is no 'quick fix' for the issue. Therefore, in order to prevent incomplete claims going through, we will temporarily remove the Bulk Grade Reporting function from Edexcel Online.
From midnight on 17 June 2016 the Bulk Grade Reporting tool will no longer be available. You will still be able to use the individual learner claim screens on Edexcel Online, or submit claims in bulk if you are an EDIFACT centre.
You can also send us the details of your claim and we will process them for you. Please complete all the required fields (highlighted in yellow) in
this spreadsheet template and send it to:
We appreciate that this is an extremely busy time of year for you and we have not taken our decision lightly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this will
cause and will send you an update by Monday 27 June 2016.
This email has been sent to all examinations office staff at your centre who are registered on Edexcel Online.
