hi Sam This is a bug in the Windows version of iMosflm, and also occurs if you install iMosflm from the official website. Although I'm no longer working on the project, I'll have a look to see what I can do to fix it. Until it's fixed (which will not be before the next release, 7.2.2) all you can do to start a new session of iMosflm is to restart the program, I'm afraid.
