I have at last, a very very long last, published my book 'The Ghost Machine' in something other than a pdf file or scattered excerpts in unrelated magazines and anthologies. It is now available on Amazon Kindle, in a print quality guise, for the modest shy price of only £4.13 ($6 U.S.).
It has been an inordinate time since it began: I finished it In January 1995, and it remains mostly the same. I think the very first pages of it published were in Tim Allen's 'Terrible Work' later that year.
So, a third of my lifetime on, and for a few quid, it is now available for download in something like the form I first envisaged.
