The Leadership Foundation is looking to commission a two year research study to track and monitor progression of the first cohorts of our new Diversifying Academic Leadership programme for BME leaders. The study will track the progression of participants in relation to their careers, aspirations, confidence and leadership experience. Gaining a better understanding of the long term impact on participants of undertaking the programme and the impact on institutions of engagement with Diversifying Academic Leadership will be critical.
