It was so hard to get rid of the ‘Codeine Kate’ persona that we had back in the nineties.

I changed the titles of my staff from OHN to OHA two years ago for the same reasons as Dean has mentioned. We are battling to be rid of the perception that the nurse is just there to patch them up.

Hi all
In order to move OH forward into the 21st Century we need to work within our own business needs. To me that means that the business understands we do, what we offer and what we can provide. We are an advisory support service. The word nurse in the business arena seems to me, a little outdated.
