The programme has now been updated to accommodate more exciting speakers and topics. 

These include Prof. Martin Barker (Aberystwyth University & author Live to Your Local Cinema: The Remarkable Rise of Livecasting Live Streaming), Stuart Brown (Head of Programme and Acquisitions, BFI), Lucy Noble (Film with live orchestra series, Royal Albert Hall), Diane Henderson (Deputy Artistic Director, Edinburgh Film Festival), Marc Allenby (Head of Distribution at Picturehouses), Dan Simmons (Head of Partnerships, Creative Skillset), Paul Vickery (Head Programmer, Prince Charles Cinema) and Julia Benfield (Sneaky Experience).

 

Specialist Sessions:

As part of the programme, delegates will be able to attend one of the following specialist sessions:

Evening event: Hangmen Re-hanged

A screening of hit West-end play The Hangmen (originally streamed live to cinemas on the last night

of it’s sold out run by NT Live), augmented with live performance from Omnibus in playful ‘re-play’ of the play and accompanied by a timed menu (of 8 canape sized bites and drinks) from Edible Cinema in partnership with Bombay Sapphire. For the first time, ‘event’ cinema, ‘live’ cinema and promenade theatre will be united in a hybrid, multi-layered, immersive and sensory experience which promises to delight, surprise and enthrall the audience.
