Thanks to those who responded to my email about moving to freely available reference management software. I didn't get too many responses, but if anyone is interested in this topic, I would be happy to send out a summary of the responses received and the approach that we are thinking of taking.

Best regards
Jenny

Subject: Moving to freely available reference management software

Hi

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this but I wondered whether anyone had moved from a subscription based reference management product (e.g. RefWorks or EndNote) to a freely available product (e.g. Mendeley)? I'd be interested in talking to anyone who may have done so in terms of whether the move and migration was successful and ongoing support for the software post implementation.

If anyone has done this I'd be really interested to talk and I can share experiences with the list also.
Thanks
Jenny
