Hello Helpful LIS-Linkers,

 

We are investigating other potential E-Book PDA plan providers after a disappointing experience with Askew and Holts. We have used EBL in the past and are also considering returning to them, but thought we would look at Dawson Era first.

Can anyone offer any opinions on how their PDA plans have been? Do the students like the E-Books? Are they easy to use? Do you get many technical issues? Is the customer support helpful and reliable?

 

Or any recommendations for other E-Book PDA providers?
