Digital citizenship is a term often used to describe how people acquire and use their digital and online skills and experiences in order to further achieve and develop in their personal, professional and social roles. With four expert keynote speakers confirmed, the conference seeks to facilitate discussion and the sharing of good practice in answer to some of these questions plus more, with colleagues from across all sectors of the library and information world.

1. How does your library enable electronic participation in society and provide digital access to information, knowledge and scholarship?

4. Do you help your users to navigate digital communication channels and to understand how digital profiles and reputation are developed?
5. Do you make your users aware of their rights and responsibilities and the legalities of operating in a digital word? (Individual online presence, standards of conduct and etiquette)?
