Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to share some news with you about the journal Modern Italy.
At the start of 2016, the journal moved to Cambridge University Press and to mark the occasion online access to the first issue is free until the end of the year.
The second issue – a special issue on National Dialogues and Transnational Exchanges across Italian Periodical Culture, 1940–1960, guest editors Francesca Billiani , Daniela La Penna and Mila Milani is now also available. Please see below for details of the articles in both issues, or go to: http://journals.cambridge.org/action/displayIssue?jid=MIT&tab=currentissue
We are also delighted to announce that the journal has recently been selected for inclusion in Thomson Reuters ESC Index.
Modern Italy publishes leading research on the history, politics and social, economic and cultural life of Italy and the Italian peoples from the eighteenth century to the present. If you have an article that you would like to submit, a special issue proposal or a book you would like to suggest for review, please don’t hesitate to contact us,
best wishes
