Dear all, a former Berne colleague, now at Aachen, is advertising two posts in German and Comparative literature. One is a doctoral position at 50% (teaching one course per semester), for two years. The other is a postdoctoral position at 100% (teaching two courses per semester), for three years in the first instance. Teaching and administration is in German. Applicants are expected to pursue a doctoral or postdoctoral project (Habilitation) on a topic related to: aesthetics/poetics from 18th to 20th centuries, literature and forms of knowledge, literary theory, literary and other art forms, or literature in a European context.
