Hi all,
I ran a children's passport scheme for three years in Birmingham, to encourage repeat visits, and encourage families to visit more than one site. There were prizes for people with a certain number of points each year. Logistically there were a lot of issues but it was popular and did work to some extent. At my former museum, I ran a loyalty card for hiring Reminiscence
boxes. You got a stamp per box per week, with the 5th week/box being
free. That was very popular with care homes.
