Dear FMRIB colleagues, The lesion_filling command appears to need another compulsory input (white matter mask image), which is not covered by the wiki, nor in the publication. What is this file, and how is it used in the script? Also the output contains another file with a inneronly suffix - what is this please? Yours sincerely Ian Galea Southampton
