Hi Anderson This is very helpful. Thank you. I will establish the required contrasts and only run those, but also correct for the number run - I've not used PALM, but I see that I can do that there. Please can you clarify what F-tests 1-4 are testing for? I can see F-test 5 is for the difference between groups. I want to be clear which to run. Best regards. GD
