Hello. I am planning an fmri experiment. It has a number of conditions that are within-subject, so I'm looking for ways to minimize the amount of time in the scanner, whilst ensuring I get enough signal to make comparisons between conditions. I have read about optseq but not seen this mentioned much in the FSL community. Is this a good option? Or does anyone have any other suggestions for something similar? I will be using FEAT to check the efficiency before actually running. Thanks. Sam.
