Thank you for your interest. I saw that the problem was in two things:

1. The version of the software I was using....I changed the version and no problems appear again

2. I had and error in the command line because I was specifiying twice the same factor)...although with the change....the software made the same errors...

So the big problem was located into the version of the software.

Now the analysis is running.

Can you perhaps attach the script you are trying to run, or what you are typing into MATLAB? It’s hard to diagnose a general error like this without seeing what you are trying to do.

This error is typically caused when you are trying to fill a value into an element of a matrix that doesn’t exist. So, say you have a 2x2 matrix, and you try to fill something into a third row, it’ll complain.
