I think there was some miscommunication. I preprocessed my data and did scrubbing. I see from your reply that FSLnets does not work with scrubbing, That means that I have to reanalyze my data-set from scratch. I was actually trying to avoid that whole process (redoing the preprocessing analyses step) and was asking if there was such a possibility. I guess not. Thank you. Jasmin
