Hi Matthew, Thanks for your reply. So --T2 is always the first choice for TBSS, while we can't get significant result from --T2, and want to try for -T, we have to adopt a more conservative significant p value, because -T is not optimised for skeletonised data, and may introduce more bias for the output.
