I'll keep looking into it, but I wanted you to know the news (good that you'd done nothing wrong, but bad that there isn't a quick and easy fix that I can see yet). I also used epic_reg and produced the same result. I uploaded the images you requested as well as the picture of the registration as it appears on the report_reg web page.
