The goal of the summer school is to bring computational tools to bear on enhancing interaction. This encompasses modelling of interaction, computer-assisted optimization of interfaces, applied machine learning and more. The summer school has a strong focus
on developing applied skills. Therefore, it provides practical development sessions in the afternoon of each day and a one-day hackathon at the end of the week. In addition, participants will experience the Finnish summer in an exclusive evening program. The
summer school is the successor of a highly appreciated first Summer School on Computational Interaction held in Glasgow in 2015.

Tuesday: Dynamics, Sensors and Shared Control
Wednesday: Touch and language models
Thursday: Gestural interaction
Friday: Computational rationality
Saturday: Hackathon
