I have 3 basic questions related to DCM, which I would be grateful if you could answer/comment:

 

1.     How can I perform BMA (of multiple subjects) under batch DCM? I am getting the following error “the models for subject 1 session(s) 1 were not fitted to the same data.”  

2.     How can I get 90% Bayesian confidence intervals of connectivities based on the grand mean data (for reporting statistical significance)?

3.     What does post-doc option in DCM-GUI provide if I import say 16 converged DCM models?
