Hello Kerry I am not sure if I would like to be involved in an event with these parameters either as a practitioner or as a participant. Firstly, why are audiograms part of a health and wellbeing event. Audio in the OH setting is statutory health surveillance for employees who are exposed to noise. Secondly, the company requesting a report on each personıs results is particularly worrying and an invasion of the employeeıs privacy. An event such as this is likely to cause OH more harm than good. I would only be prepared to provide the employer with a broad overview of results of any health screening, I would certainly not provide anything which is person specific.
