The NMC have already made a public statement about this error on the website.

Not ideal but errors occur with new systems and they seem to be doing their best to rectify it now.

Life’s like that sometimes and we get over it once we have it explained. No point in rallying the troops I’d have thought.

Please see email below, received this after notification of not submitting my revaluation for which I have the receipt dated 22.03.16. Not impressed with the shock this caused, anyone else with similar issues?

Dear Catherine,

I am writing to you in relation to an email you received from me earlier today which suggested that you had not submitted your revalidation application or paid your fee.

Unfortunately this automated email was sent to you in error as we know that you have already submitted your revalidation application and arranged to pay your fee by Direct Debit. Once we've processed your payment we will send a further email to you confirming your revalidation. You do not need to take any further action.

We are sorry for any inconvenience or distress the email may have caused. We are working to correct this issue and ensure that we send reminder messages only to those who need them in future.

Best wishes,

Tom Kirkbride
