Subject: recent literature

Dear all,

I would like to ask whether you know about recent (English written) articles/books on the following topics:

-          Biomedical and social models of care

o   The most recent articles I could find where from 2010 (Edwin van Teijlingen)

-          Salutogenesis in obstetric care

o   I know the website: www.salutogenesis.hv.se

Also I would like to know whether there exists  an overview on the history of midwifery.

o   I know the book birth models that work.

Kind regards,

Marianne Prins
