Quite right.  For Crespin (one of the territories ceded along with Valenciennes) the operative date is 10. August 1678 (the date of the signing of the Treaty of Nijmegen).  "1830" was copied from a much older post; in addition to being fundamentally wrong, it will have been a typo for "1839" (the year of the Treaty of London).
