Hi Tom,

AVS seems to do the trick and is fairly cheap. We tried some free software
but it didn't work with all of the content we wanted to capture.

Kind regards,
Dave.

Subject: [MCG] Screen recording software

Hello all,

We are planning to create instructional videos for ArtUK, to be hosted on
youtube and shared on social media. I was wondering whether anybody had any
suggestions for software that will enable us to record the screen as we
demonstrate?

I have tried a piece of freely available software called camstudio, but it
kept crashing, and also introduced a nasty virus onto my computer.

Ideally we require something free, or very cheap!

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Tom
