Dear all
You may be interested in this article which has just been published in the May issue of the
History Today magazine:
http://www.historytoday.com/dale-kedwards/world-high
It looks at Mappa Mundi from a new perspective – a postcard of the map has been sent up to Tim Peake at the International Space Station and featured in one of his tweets back in February. A strange thought that this postcard is now whizzing
about in orbit covering millions of miles before it comes back to Hereford Cathedral and is added to the archive collection.
Best wishes
