EDUCATION MANAGER
Full time permanent contract (starting Monday 13 June 2016 or soon after), based in Hyde Park.
Salary Band: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
The Royal Parks Foundation, the charity that helps support the magic of London’s eight amazing Royal Parks, is looking to appoint a new
Education Manager.
We are looking for an experienced, confident and dynamic environmental education manager with a can do attitude, to manage our inspiring programme for children, families and local communities.
You will be responsible for managing a small team, delivering sessions to student groups (from EYS to post 16) when needed, and continuing to develop our schools and community programmes in Hyde Park,
Kensington Gardens and beyond. You will also work alongside the Head of Education & Community Engagement to create and implement specific initiatives and forge new partnerships.
Above all, you will be passionate about outdoor learning and keen to engage schools and local communities with wildlife, heritage and wellbeing in the parks.
Since its launch in 2003, the Royal Parks Foundation has helped raise more than £16.5 million towards a wide variety of projects from wildlife conservation and heritage restoration, to community sport,
education and art.
