Hi, I too have fast TR multiband functional BOLD data (TR=1, for approx 1500 volumes, in 20 participants), and am trying to correct for head motion using ICA-AROMA. It finds a large number of components in classified_motion_ICs.txt, but I now understand this is to be expected with fast TR data. However, I keep getting the same error in the fsl_regfilt stage near the end of the process in over half of participants data. Error is pasted below the email. Is there any way I can avoid this error? You suggested keeping the automatic dimensionality estimation on for the previous person on this list, but perhaps the advice would be different in this case? Or is there anything else I can do to stop fsl_regfilt from failing?
