Hi all, I'm having trouble getting my cluster command to work, following randomise. I keep getting the same error that the -- option is unrecognised - ignored. Here are the commands I've tried (based on the randomise and cluster wiki pages). I've got almost identical ones to work before, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. cluster --in=PM_AM_thresh_tstat1.nii.gz -- thresh=0.0001 --oindex=PM_AM_cluster_index --olmax=PM_AM_max.txt --osize=PM-AM_cluster_size --mm or cluster -i PM_AM_thresh_tstat1.nii.gz -t 0.0001 -o PM_AM_cluster_index --osize=PM-AM_cluster_size --mm Any advice, as always, would be most appreciated. best wishes Ella
