I actually had success with this, however, I am getting errors:

!!ERROR in BUILD!!
  Could not make the following projects successfully:
    meshclass bint fslsurface libmeshutils avwutils bet2 cluster fast4 feat5 film filmbabe flirt fabber mcflirt melodic miscvis mm gps randomise siena slicetimer susan tbss fnirt fugue asl_mfree fdt first possum flameo oxford_asl qboot topup ptx2 lesions


I then installed the fsl patch for 5.0.9 to 5.0.x and it seems to be working... Am I missing anything? Thanks for your reply!

I have been trying to install fsl for the last 2 days using the python script to no avail. I keep getting this:

"Failed to contact FSL web site. Try again later."
