The results are saved as 1-p, so for 0.05, you'd threshold at 0.95, or display in the range 0.95-1
 

- is there a command I can run in the terminal that tells me which components and contrasts have significant results so that I don't have to check one by one?

You probably should look regardless, but an easy way is via fslstats, with the option -R. Those maps that have a max above 0.95 have something significant.
