Over the last 3 years, I have worked with colleagues in Reggio Emilia to produce a book (in English) of selected writings and speeches of the great 20th century Italian educator, Loris Malaguzzi. The selection is drawn from an archive created in Reggio Emilia, and covers the period 1945-1993. It gives a unique insight into the life, work and thinking of Malaguzzi, using material not previously available in English.

The book - Loris Malaguzzi and the Schools of Reggio Emilia - is now published. For more information, including excerpts and how to purchase the book with a 20% discount, go to https://www.routledge.com/posts/9621, which will give you access to a FreeBook produced by Routledge.

To mark the publication of the book there will be a conference at UCL Institute of Education in London on May 14. Speakers will include Paola Cagliari from Reggio Emilia, Gunilla Dahlberg from Stockholm, as well as Mary Jane Drummond and myself. Details of this events can be found at http://www.sightlines-initiative.com/forthcomingevents/conferences/malaguzzi-in-the-uk.html.

If you have any problems with accessing information about book or conference, please contact me.

With kind regards, Peter Moss
