CALL FOR PAPERS: Deadline for entries – Friday 29 April.

GED 2016 falls at an important time as the government’s initiative for greater transparency as a driver of change rolls out.

We are seeking case studies, research and examples of best practice for presentation demonstrating the steps your business or organisation is embracing to adapt to the new transparency agenda.

Organisations such as IBM, Roche, Mott MacDonald, Oxford Brookes University, Association for Consultancy and Engineering, and universties including Edge Hill, Oxford Brookes and the University of Bordeaux have already submitted their case studies.

To find out how you can learn from and share best practice, please do visit the conference website.

Questions guiding the conference include, but are not limited to, the following:

• How is ‘diversity’ perceived and accounted for by organisations?
• How are organisations preparing for new transparency legislation?
• What kind of processes and policies are introduced and which are successful?
• What are the challenges related to devising and implementing equality and diversity policy in organisations?
• How do individuals experience diversity in the workplace?

Suggested themes:

  • Diversity and competitive edge
