Additionally, if (by way of example) someone on tnis list emailed anything awful about Teresa.gudge@historicengland I bet you would not shrug it off and wonder who it referred to. It is clearly personal data. But not confidential.

I do not support the fact that an email address is personal data – I am only Teresa Gudge who works at Historic England when I am at work – I don’t see how we could work if all the work email addresses in the world were seen as personal data – doesn’t make sense to my simple way of thinking !!
