I'm trying to upload a video from Blackboard to a bucket on AWS. But Blackboard doesn't seem to be sending the file nor is AWS sending back a response.

I suspect it's a permission in the manifest I need to add, but I can't find anything to tell me which one I should be using. I do have the code working from a server on my laptop.

Has anyone had any similar issues and can tell me what it is I'm missing?
