Job Opportunity for a Deputy Archivist (permanent full-time)
Salary £22,500 - £25,500 per annum (depending on qualifications)

The British Motor Industry Heritage Trust, based at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon near Warwick, holds the largest Archive in the world of historic documentation and photographic material relating to the history of the British Motor Industry since the 1890s. There is now an opportunity for an enthusiastic archivist with a professional qualification and relevant experience to join our team.

The post will involve a wide variety of archive tasks; working with the BMIHT Archivist on the overall management and documentation of the Archive, development of computer catalogues including online applications, the running of our income-generation services, fundraising and a range of special projects.
