CSTAR now has a vacancy for a Biostatistician (Research Scientist), based in University College Dublin. The post holder will be part of a core team which will fulfil the remit of the Centre: to provide advice, consultancy and education in research methodologies to health researchers in Ireland. CSTAR provides advice in the areas of study design, protocol development, statistical analysis plans, project management, data collection, statistical analysis and report writing. We are a non-profit Centre within UCD, sustained through fee-based consultancy, and bridging the gap between small research groups and statistical expertise, and that between large research groups or companies engaged in R&D, and complex or specialist analysis and education. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified statistician to gain experience in consulting, teaching and research in a busy academic environment.
