The topics covered will include Bayesian longitudinal and survival analysis; meta analysis; bioassay; regression and GLMs including measurement error, and variable selection; image processing; and disease mapping In addition, both WinBUGS/OpenBUGS and INLA will be demonstrated. *The speaker* Professor Andrew B. Lawson (Department of Public Health Sciences, College of Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina) has extensive experience in running Bayesian Biostatistical short courses. He is an elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association and a WHO advisor on disease mapping.
