Yes - the list was developed by a group in Manchester to advise the CCGs which meters could be prescribed for patients and which meters should not be prescribed.

I would suggest that those of us with connected meters have readily available data to regularly monitor the accuracy and precision of our systems using the recommended methodology from the ACB website:

I do this for my ketone meters - sadly my glucose meters are not connected currently.

Really good link. Interestingly we use Roche Inform II and Performa which do not appear on the list. Therefore is the list for home use devices only rather than professional use. That may explain the absence.
