I'd like to draw your attention to an exciting position in central
London with Health Services Laboratories at the University College
London Hospitals site.

 

We are looking for an  HCPC Registered Clinical Scientist to provide
clinical and scientific leadership in the provision of point-of-care
services at UCLH as well as satellite lab services (currently
intra-operative PTH, ante-natal screening and diabetes clinics). There
will also be an opportunity to be involved in one of the specialist
sections within the laboratory.

 

You will also participate in the departmental rotas for Duty Biochemist,
providing advice and interpretation of results for general laboratory
work, and for referral services, advising on esoteric tests. You  will
be joining a team of 5 other clinical biochemists in a department that
provides excellent training, with full support for completion of
FRCPath. 

 

You will hold an honorary contract with University College London
Hospitals and have ample opportunities for clinical liaison.
