Maybe you can provide some futher information on your single-subject models / how you obtained those graphs / what you want to obtain? Did you work with the canonical HRF, did you add the derivatives, did you take into account reaction times (and if so, in which way, one RT for each of the individual trials, an average RT for each of the conditions, an average RT for each of the subjects) or did you go with a fixed duration, ...?

In the simplest case your predictors look like e.g. the red curve (assuming it's really just one trial of course), and combined with different beta estimates the function would be up- or downscaled - which is why one usually reports only the amplitude (= beta estimate) then (one column for group 1 cond 1, one for group 1 cond 2, ...).
