Dear Jose, Did you specify the mask obtained from analysis 1 as an explicit mask for analysis 2? Then indeed one would usually obtain a lower T threshold, as there are less RESELs to account for within that new volume. This is not restricted to regressions. Leaving this aside, it sounds like a circular analysis (running regression to obtain sig. clusters, running the same regression on voxels from that sig. clusters). Best Helmut
