I have a question on PPM threshold and would appreciate if anyone can answer this. 

In SPM12 manual, the log-odds threshold for PPM is set to be 10 by default, and it will correspond to 95% sure that the effect size is greater than certain value. I'm just wondering how this correspondence is set up.

I tried log(0.95/0.05)=2.94 which is not equal to 10. Can anyone answer my puzzle?
