Dear everyone, Likely I'm missing something obvious, but why is it necessary to reslice the data (via initial import, via the rc option during segmentation) to generate a Dartel template? Shouldn't it be possible to just reorient the files onto some representative image (MNI templates, ...), segment and then warp these roughly aligned c1, c2 files together, taking into account the orientations from the header part?
